Howard L. Heald is the President and Founder of Verador Property Management. Since 1986, Mr. Heald has been active in the ownership and operation of large Class A and B office buildings in major Texas cities.

He has a successful record of accomplishment in the acquisition/disposition, asset management, property management, and agency leasing of high-quality office assets.

Before starting Verador in 2009, Mr. Heald served as President of Coventry Realty Advisors, responsible for asset management and investor relations for a 2.5 million square foot portfolio of Class A office buildings. Mr. Heald is a licensed real estate broker with the State of Texas and has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate. Before Coventry, Mr. Heald was with Bear Stearns. Additionally, from 2001 to 2009, Mr. Heald served as a Presidential Advisor to the Texas Public Employees Retirement System (TEXPERS) Board of Directors.

Laura Hagan is a Senior Vice President of Verador with over 25 years of property management experience. She is directly responsible for the property management and operations of three Class A office towers in Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

Before Verador, Ms. Hagan was a Senior Property Manager with Holt Lunsford Commercial for Dallas and Las Colinas office buildings. Previously she was Commercial Property and Master Association Manager for Star Point Properties in Fort Worth. Ms. Hagan was also the Director of Real Estate Operations for 12 years at Texas Health Resources, responsible for an 800,000 square foot complex of medical and office buildings.

Ms. Hagan served as President of the Fort Worth Chapter of IREM in 2016 and 2017. She still serves as a member of the National IREM Governing Council. Ms. Hagan is a former BOMA Fort Worth board member and performed in 2013 as its Vice President. Ms. Hagan has earned both the CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations.

Patrick O’Connor is the Chief Engineer responsible for the building operations and maintenance budgets at 1717 St. James Place in Houston, Texas. He has over thirty years of experience overseeing Class A and B office buildings’ central plants, equipment, and systems.

Before Verador, Mr. O’Connor was a Chief Engineer for PM Realty Group / Madison Marquette for 12 years, responsible for an office portfolio in Houston, Texas. Previously, he was the Facilities Project Engineer at Boxer Properties, responsible for engineering operations at over 40 properties in Houston and Dallas. Before going to Boxer, Mr. O’Connor was the Chief Engineer at Moody Rambin for 17 years, where he was in charge of operations for over 500,000 square feet of office projects in Houston, Texas.

Mr. O’Connor is a current and longtime member of BOMA.

Kyle Mountcastle is the Assistant Chief Engineer responsible for the building operations and maintenance at University Centre II, a prominent ten (10) story office building in southwest Fort Worth. Mr. Mountcastle also assists the management team with the systems and equipment at Brookhollow Riverside, an eight (8) story office building in Grand Prairie.

Before Verador, Kyle was the Assistant Chief Building Engineer for Stream Realty, responsible for two high rise office buildings totaling 440,000 square feet.

Darlene is responsible for Brookhollow Riverside, an eight-story, 120,000 square foot office building located at 2505 N. State Highway 360, Grand Prairie, Texas. Previously at Verador, she was involved with the administration and support of University Centre I & II, a two-building complex totaling over 300,000 square feet of high rise office buildings. Darlene received her Real Estate license in 1985 and sold homes in the Fort Worth area for over ten years. She is a detail-oriented professional known for superior support and service to tenants and clients.

Sarah is responsible for the accounting and the day-to-day procedures of 1717 St. James Place. She brings a wealth of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and customer service. Her duties include maintaining open lines of communication with all tenants and managing their service requests in conjunction with the Chief Engineer. Previously, Sarah held accounting and administrative positions at other real estate organizations and national retailers.

Daphne Ward is the Property Administrator for University Centre II. Her responsibilities include communicating with tenants, accounting, and building logistics. With a diverse background in customer service, Daphne helps maintain positive tenant relations. She received a degree in English from Tarleton State University, where she was an editor for the university's Anthology for two years.
