Our Team

Howard L. Heald is the President and Founder of Verador Property Management. Since 1986, Mr. Heald has been involved in the ownership and operation of large Class A and B office buildings in major Texas cities. He has a successful record of accomplishment in the acquisition/disposition, asset management, property management, and agency leasing of high quality office assets.

Prior to forming Verador, Mr. Heald served as President of Coventry Realty Advisors where he was responsible for asset management and investor relations for a 2.5 million square foot portfolio of Class A office buildings. Mr. Heald is a licensed real estate broker with the State of Texas and has over twenty nine years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to Coventry, Mr. Heald was with Bear Stearns. Additionally from 2001 to 2009, Mr. Heald served as a Presidential Advisor to the Texas Public Employees Retirement System (TEXPERS) Board of Directors.

Laura Hagan is a Senior Vice President of Verador with over 20 years of property management experience in the Dallas Fort Worth market. Ms. Hagan is directly responsible for property management of the two Class A University Centre Towers totaling over 300,000 square feet in Fort Worth.

Prior to Verador, Ms. Hagan was a Senior Property Manager with Holt Lunsford Commercial for two office buildings in Las Colinas and Dallas. Previously she was Commercial Property and Master Association Manager for Star Point Properties in Fort Worth. Ms. Hagan was also the Director of Real Estate Operations for 12 years at Texas Health Resources, responsible for an 800,000 square foot complex of medical and office buildings.

Ms. Hagan currently serves as President of the Fort Worth Chapter of IREM. She is a past Board member of BOMA Fort Worth and served in 2013 as its Vice President. Ms. Hagan has earned both the CCIM and CPM designations.

George Helfrich is the Chief Engineer at Verador Property Management. Mr. Helfrich oversees the operations of the facilities and their maintenance at the University Centre office buildings in Fort Worth.

Prior to Verador, George Helfrich was the Chief Building Engineer with Holt Lunsford for two commercial office buildings in Arlington. Previously he was a Property Manager for both Stream Realty and Centra Partners in Fort Worth. Mr. Helfrich had direct responsibility for over 500,000 square foot of medical and office buildings from Fort Worth to Las Colinas. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Engineer for institutional owners at several commercial office buildings in Fort Worth.

Darlene is a detail oriented professional known for superior support and service to both tenants and clients. Darlene received her Real Estate license in 1985 and sold homes in the Fort Worth area for more than 10 years. During that time she cultivated a love for the interior design element of the properties she sold, which led to her to opening her own business providing draperies and complete interior fabrication to homeowners for over thirteen years.
